If you have not received your bill for maintenance fees, please contact the office to leave a current address. 


Be sure to have the
deed restriction ballots back by May 5.

Please note it is election time again for board members. Two (2) positions are available for two (2) year terms.  If you are interested in being on the board, please email your request and qualifications to hawgheavenlakeestates@yahoo.com before April 25, 2024.

"Restrictions" means one or more restrictive covenants contained or incorporated by reference in a properly recorded map, plat, replat, declaration, or other instrument filed in the real property records or map or plat records.

Architectural Review Authority" means the governing authority for the review and approval of improvements within a subdivision. Approval is required for all new and improvements to exterior structure.

Bylaws

Applies only to a residential subdivision that is subject to restrictions or provisions in a declaration that authorize the property owners' association to collect regular or special assessments on all or a majority of the property in the subdivision.

Own Rental Property within Hawg Heaven? Rentals must be registered with the Association. Being a "Landlord" sometimes is not cut out to be a good endeavor. Help protect yourself & your property.

Property Deeds

Selling/transferring deeds:
It is important for Property Owners to contact the Association Office on any deed changes.  If the new owner is not on record, you will still be responsible for Maintenance Fees!

Commercial property owners who pay Maintenance Fees to the Hawg Heaven POA, are not exempt from the ARA guidelines or deed restrictions.
